Description

Chief Oil & Gas LLC announced results from two Lycoming County, Pa., discoveries. The wells were drilled from an Eldredsville Field pad in Section 8, Grover 7.5 Quad, McNett Township. The #4H Hemlock Ridge Estates E was drilled to a total depth of 21,590 ft and a true vertical depth of 8,704 ft. It was tested flowing 23.466 MMcf of gas per day with a shut-in casing pressure of 3,219 psi. Production is from a fractured zone between 8,916 and 21,447 ft. The #3H Hemlock Ridge Estates Unit was drilled to 22,581 ft (9,100 ft true vertical). It initially flowed 21.018 MMcf of gas per day with a shut-in casing pressure of 3,787 ft and production is from fractured perforations at 8,920-21,796 ft.
