Devon Energy Co. reported results from a Turner discovery that was drilled in Section 7-38n-71w in Wyoming’s Converse County. The #06-313971-1XTUH CWDU T-55 Fed was drilled to 21,378 ft (10,817 ft true vertical. It produced 1,547 bbl of 39.5° API oil, with 1.16 MMcf of gas and 1,030 bbl of water per day. It was tested on a 38/64-inch choke with a flowing tubing pressure of 435 psi after 30-stage fracturing. Production is from a perforated zone between 11,560 and 21,180 ft.
