Description

According to IHS Markit, Burlington Resources Oil & Gas Co LP, a subsidiary of ConocoPhillips, has completed three horizontal Niobrara producers from a common drillpad in the southern Denver-Julesburg Basin within the city limits of Aurora, Colo. The drillpad is in Section 22-3s-65w in Adams County, Colo. The #3-65 22-23-3BH Bear produced 515 bbl of oil, 498.09 Mcf of gas and 649 bbl of water per day. It was drilled eastward to a proposed depth of 17,922 ft and bottomed in Section 23-3s-65w. True vertical depth was expected at 7,821 ft. The #3-65 22-23-3AH Bear produced 708 bbl of oil, 509.562 Mcf of gas and 510 bbl of water daily. It was drilled eastward to a proposed total depth of 18,161 ft at a bottom-hole location in Section 23-3s-65w. True vertical depth was anticipated at 7,826 ft. The #3-65 22-23-3DH Bear produced an average of 515 bbl of oil, 529.272 Mcf of gas and 602 bbl of water per day. It was drilled eastward to a proposed total depth of 17,851 ft at a bottom-hole location in Section 23-3s-65w. True vertical depth was expected at 7,605 ft. Burlington has released no additional completion details on any of the wells.
