Description
An undifferentiated Mississippian completion by Tapstone Energy LLC was tested flowing 401 bbl of 40-degree-gravity oil, with 4.27 MMcf of gas and 1.49 Mbbl of water per day. The horizontal producer, #1H Smart 24-20-17, is in Section 25-20n-17w of Woodward County, Okla., and is producing from acidized and fractured perforations at 9,780-14,100 ft and a short open-hole interval at 14,100-14,130 ft. It was tested on a 40/64-in. choke and the flowing tubing pressure was 1,301 psi. The Seiling Northeast Field prospect was drilled to the north to 14,135 ft and the true vertical depth is 9,290 ft. It bottomed in Section 24-20n-17w. Tapstone is based in Oklahoma City.
