Description
A Travis Peak gas well in Waterman Field was announced by Tanos Exploration II LLC. The Nacogdoches County (RRC Dist. 6), venture is #3 Miller Trust. It flowed 2.312 MMcf of gas and 2.16 Mbbl of water per day from perforations at 10,112-10,647 ft. Tested on a 22/64-in. choke, the flowing casing pressure was 140 psi and the shut-in casing pressure was 1,500 psi. The 10,782-ft well is on a 607-acre lease in the Jose Flores Survey, A-30. In 2016, Tanos completed a nearby Travis Peak producer within one-half mile to the southeast at #2 Miller Trust. It was tested flowing 4 MMcf of gas from 8,499-10,683 ft. Through May 2017, it has produced 384 MMcf of gas. Tanos is based in Tyler, Texas.
