The #16-A OCS G35781 is being drilled from the existing A platform on East Cameron Block 346 (OCS G06655) and it will bottom to the south in East Cameron Block 359. Area water depth is 313 ft. Several gas wells have been drilled on Block 359 under previous lease OCS G02567 and Talos’ venture is the first development test under the block’s current lease. Talos is based in Houston.
