IHS Markit reported that Silverbow Resources is preparing to complete a second horizontal Eagle Ford Shale well in LaSalle County (RRC Dist. 1), Texas. The Houston-based company announced that #1H NMC has produced 940 MMcf of gas equivalent after 90 days of production. The horizontal Hawkville Field well is currently producing 11 MMcf gas equivalent per day under a managed pressure management system – the flowing tubing pressure is nearly 6,000 psi. The well was drilled to 20,583 ft, 12,709 ft true vertical, and is on a 24,485-acre lease in Section 152, CCSD&RGNG RR Co Survey, A-1198. It bottomed within 2 miles to the south in Section 655, J. Poitevent Survey, A-814.
