Description
A Silver Lake Field-Marcellus Shale well was completed by Cabot Oil & Gas in Susquehanna County Pa. The well, #2 Benner J, was drilled in Section 1, Montrose West 7.5 Quad, Forest Lake Township. It initially flowed 25.5 MMcf of gas and 129 bbl of water per day. Production is from perforations between 7,248 and 19,068 ft after 55-stage fracturing. The discovery was drilled to 19,543 ft with a true vertical depth of 5,895 ft.
