Description
A horizontal Chaveroo Field discovery was reported by Rockcliff Energy LLC in Chaves County, N.M. The Permian Basin venture, #1H Humboldt 15 State (100) was tested flowing 30 bbl of oil, 34 Mcf of gas and 1.953 Mbbl of water per day. Production is from fracture-treated perforations at 4,218-8,727 ft in San Andres. It was drilled to 8,8,70 ft out of a 3,541-ft pilot hole in Section 15-8s-32e. The lateral reached a true vertical depth of 4,195 ft and bottomed about 1 mile to the north. An offsetting 11,400-ft salt water disposal well, #1 McCloy State SWD, has also been permitted by Houston-based Rockcliff.
