In North Dakota’s Reunion Bay Field, Marathon Oil Corp. completed a Middle Bakken discovery. The #11-17H Miriam USA was drilled in Section 8-150n-93w in Mountrail County. It initially flowed 4.866 Mbbl of oil, with 3.726 MMcf of gas and 2.561 Mbbl of water daily. Drilled to 22,740 ft, 10,832 ft true vertical, production is from perforations at 12,903-22,606 ft and tested on a 64/64-in. choke with a flowing casing pressure of 775 psi.
