Drilling Activity Summary

Description

Chaparral Energy LLC reported completion details for three single-section, horizontal Meramec wells in Oklahoma’s Canadian County. The #2UMH-26 Cutbow 1307, Section 26-13n-7w, initially flowed 992 bbl of 52-degree-gravity condensate, 4.98 MMcf of gas and 756 bbl of water daily through a 58/64-in. choke. It was perforated between 9,530 and 14,489 ft in a north lateral drilled to 14,590 ft (9,128 ft true vertical). About one-third of a mile to the east, in Section 26-13n-7w, #4MH-26 Cutbow 1307 produced 578 bbl of 48-degree-gravity oil, 2.76 MMcf of gas and 407 bbl of water per day. Drilled to 14,796-ft (9,171 ft true vertical) production is from perforations at 9,690-14,660 ft in a parallel north wellbore. Another 15 ft east on the pad, #5SMH-26 Cutbow 1307 was tested at 9,630-14,598 ft flowing 438 bbl of 48-degree-gravity oil with 2.74 MMcf of gas and 521 bbl of water per day. The venture was drilled to 14,699 ft (9,228 ft true vertical) and tested on a 60/64-in. choke with a shut-in pressure of 700 psi and a flowing tubing pressure of 403. All the wells were fracture-stimulated. Chaparral’s headquarters are in Oklahoma City.
