Houston-based Kraken Operating LLC reported results from five horizontal Bakken producers drilled from a common drillpad in Roosevelt County, Mont. The #26-25-1H Jill; #2H Jill; #3H Jill; #4H Jill and #5H Jill are in Section 27-27n-57e, and had initial flow rates of between 885 and 979 bbl of oil, 376-580 Mcf of gas and 2.09-2.78 Mbbl of water per day. Production is from fracture-stimulated laterals in Middle Bakken extending generally eastward to bottom-hole locations in Section 25-27n-57e. Measured total depths range between 19,702 and 20,009 ft; true vertical depths range between 9,995 and 10,023 ft. The Jill drillpad is one-half mile north of a multi-well Kraken pad in Section 27-27n-57e. In 2017,the company completed three horizontal Bakken exploratory tests— #27-28-1H Fallon, #34-33-1H Shayla and #35-36-1H Farrah.
