Texland Petroleum LP has completed a horizontal West Texas oil producer in Yoakum County (RRC Dist. 8A), Texas. The #1H Fairmount was tested on-pump flowing 130 bbl of 32° API crude, 47,000 cu ft of gas and 1,900 bbl of water per day. Fracture-stimulated perforations are at 6,210-12,770 ft in San Andres. The Reeves Field well is on a 640-acre Midland Basin lease in Section 882, Block D, John H. Gibson Survey, A-624. The lateral bottomed at 12,884 ft (5,628 ft true vertical) approximately 1 mile to the north in Section 875. According to IHS Markit, this the first well completed by the Fort Worth-based company in West Texas' Reeves Field, which extends to the northeast and has produced predominantly from San Andres.
