Description

A former horizontal Osage producer has been re-drilled and completed as a Meramec producer. Midland, Texas-based Carrera Energy LLC’s #35-1H Three Musketeers, produced 55 bbl of 29-degree-gravity oil, 466 Mcf of gas and 1.820 Mbbl of water during an initial 24-hour test on an electric submersible pump. The well is in Section 35-22n-16w of Major County, Okla. It was perforated, acidized and fractured in 20 stages in Meramec between 8,713 and 12,958 ft and was drilled to 13,028 ft (8,370 ft true vertical). Carrera originally completed the Cedardale Northeast Field well in 2017 pumping 22 bbl of 37-degree-gravity oil, 140 Mcf of gas and 1.432 Mbbl of water daily from Osage at 9,291-13,590 ft in a stacked lateral. The original well was drilled to respective total and true vertical depths of 13,709 ft and 9,145 ft.
