Description
Augustus Energy Partners announced results from an extended-reach horizontal delineation test in western Colorado’s Piceance Basin. According to IHS Markit, #J22-15-397-2RH BHR-Federal, produced an average of 696 bbl of oil and 1.02 MMcf of gas per day in April; 529 bbl of oil and 830.032 Mcf of gas per day in May; 334 bbl of oil and 701.769 Mcf of gas per day in June; 266 bbl of oil and 348.5 Mcf of gas per day in July; 382 bbl of oil and 819.034 Mcf of gas per day in August; and 194 bbl of oil and 574.133 Mcf of gas per day in September. The venture was drilled in Section 22-3n-97w, of Rio Blanco County. It was drilled northward to a proposed total depth of 20,279 ft (11,112 ft true vertical) and had a proposed bottom-hole location in Section 15-3n-97w. No additional completion details have been disclosed by the Billings, Mont.-based company.
