Description
Five Niobrara/Codell tests have been permitted in Weld County, Colo., by Denver-based Longs Peak Resources LLC. The #2833-1NH, 2CH, 3NH, 4CH and 6CH Railey West will be drilled form a drillpad in Section 28-12n-66w and will be drilled southward to bottom-hole locations in Section 33-12n-66w. Three of the wells will be drilled in Codell and two Niobrara. Measured total depths range from 19,275-19,474 ft and true vertical depths range from 9,077-9,226 ft. The wells will be drilled from the same drillpad as the one used for Cirque Resources’ #28-3-1CH Railey discovery, which produced 17.709 Mbbl of oil, 8.1 MMcf of gas and 35.194 Mbbl of water from an acidized and fracture-stimulated Codell lateral between October 2014 and September 2017.
