Helis Oil & Gas Co LLC has received drilling permits for 11 extended-reach horizontal Niobrara/Codell exploratory tests in Laramie County, Wyo. According to IHS Markit, #16-64-12-13-24-1 through #6CH and #16-64-12-13-24-1 through #5NH Hastings will be drilled from drillpads in Section 12-16n-64w. The wells will be drilled generally southward to bottom-hole locations in Section 24-16n-64w. The six Codell ventures will be drilled to true vertical depths of 7,801-7,862 ft, while the five Niobrara projects will be drilled to true vertical depths of 7,735-7,796 ft.
