A Beaver County, Pa., Marcellus Shale well, #2H PER B22, was tested flowing 5.684 MMcf of gas per day. Penn Energy Resources’ completion is in Crows Run Field in Section 2, Baden 7.5 Quad, New Sewickley Township. It was drilled to 16,651 ft with a true vertical depth of 5,526 ft. Production is from perforations at 7,020-16,530 ft. It was tested after acidizing and fracturing with a shut-in casing pressure of 908 psi. Penn Energy is based in Pittsburg.
