Panther Energy Co III LLC has scheduled 20 horizontal tests of Niobrara, Turner and Mowry in the southern Powder River Basin. According to IHS Markit, the Converse County, Wyo., ventures—eight in Niobrara, four in Turner and eight in Mowry—will be drilled from three multi-well pads in Section 1-33n-73w. They will be drilled southward to bottom-hole locations in Section 13-33n-73w. True vertical depths are expected at 11,541-11,811 ft for Niobrara, 12,222-12,269 ft for Turner, and 13,027-13,247 ft for Mowry. Tulsa-based Panther’s 20 projects are on the company’s 1213-33-73 Domino fee leases.
