Description

An Oak Hill Field discovery was reported by Sabine Oil & Gas Corp. The #8 Viper 2 produced 10.3 bbl of 57° API condensate, 552,000 cu ft of gas from commingled perforations in Pettit at 7,143-62 ft and Travis Peak at 7,304-32 ft. It had a projected depth of 7,350 ft. The venture is in J. Thomas Jackson Survey, A-15 in Rusk County (RRC Dist. 6), Texas. Gauged on a 14/64-inch choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 215 psi and the shut-in casing pressure was 1,065 psi. Sabine’s headquarters are in Houston.
