Description
A Glasscock County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, horizontal Wolfcamp completion was announced by Midland, Texas-based MDC Texas Energy LLC. The #1H Hannathon East produced 348 bbl of 42-degree-gravity oil, 98 Mcf of gas and 768 bbl of water per day. Production is from acid- and fracture-treated perforations at 10,237-17,818 ft. The 17,917-ft well has a true vertical depth of 9,615 ft and is in Section 17, Block 34, T&P RR Co Survey, A-225. It bottomed in Section 8, Block 34, T&P RR Co Survey, A-714. Tested on a 48/64-in. choke, the flowing casing pressure was 180 psi.
