National Gulf Production Inc., Giddings, Texas, will drill a wildcat in central Trego County some eight miles south-southeast of WaKeeney, Kan. The #1 CBN is in Section 25-13s-23w and will reach 4,000 ft. The prospect is four miles southwest of Holland Northwest Field, which produced 57,500 bbl. of crude from two Lansing-Kansas City wells at about 3,850 ft. between 1978 and 1990.
