Continental Resources Inc. announced results from a Banks Field-Middle Bakken well in North Dakota’s McKenzie County The #15-16HSL Wahpeton flowed at a daily rate of 3,471 bbl of 45° API oil with 3.36 MMcf of gas and 2,074 bbl of water. It was tested on a 40/64-inch choke and the flowing casing pressure was 438 psi. The venture was drilled in Section 16-152n-99w to 21,047 ft, 11,172 ft true vertical, and production is from perforations at 11,489-21,047 ft.
