Description
Kris Energy completed an offshore Cambodia oil well in Apsara Field in the Gulf of Thailand. The #1A is the first of five planned development wells in the Mini Phase 1A project, which involves a simple wellhead platform, a 30,000 bbl/d production barge, a storage vessel and two leased shuttle tankers. Production from the initial phase is expected to peak at 7,500 bbl of oil per day. Singapore-based Kris Energy plans to drill and complete the remaining four wells in the Khmer Trough in the Khmer Basin.
