Description

Houston-based Kraken Operating LLC announced results from three Williston Basin wells drilled from a Williams County, N.D., pad. The Burg Field wells are in Section 27-159n-99w. The #1H White 23-14 was tested on-pump for 1,017 bbl of 40.9° API oil, 993,000 cu ft of gas and 2,578 bbl of water per day following a 60-stage fracture treatment. Perforations are at 10,073-20,356 ft in Middle Bakken. The well was drilled to 20,420 ft and the lateral bottomed at 9,520 ft true vertical about 2 miles to the north-northeast in Section 14. The offsetting #1TFH Blue 26-35 pumped 779 bbl of 40.7° API crude, 729,000 cu ft of gas and 2,348 bbl of water daily from Three Forks at 10,148-20,491 ft. The zone was fracture stimulated in 60 stages. The horizontal leg was drilled to 20,557 ft (9,843 ft true vertical) and it bottomed about 2 miles to the south-southeast in Section 35. The #1H Red 22-15 was drilled to 20,185 ft (9,497 ft true vertical) in the Middle Bakken. It bottomed about 2 miles to the north-northwest in Section 15. It was tested flowing 897 bbl of oil, 882,000 cu ft of gas and 900 bbl of water per day from perforations at 9,949-20,115 ft.
