Drilling Activity Summary
Description
Two directional tests are planned in Alaska's Kenai Peninsula by Denver-based Armstrong Oil & Gas Inc. The proposed #14-25 North Fork is in Section 26-4s-14w, Seward Meridian, and will be drilled eastward to a bottomhole location in Section 25-4s-14w. From the same pad, #32-35 North Fork is projected southwestward to a bottomhole in Section 35-4s-14w. The planned drillsites are about 100 ft. east of Armstrong's 2008 North Fork Field confirmation well, #4-26 North Fork in Section 26-4s-14w. The company has not disclosed completion details on the 9,021-ft. Tyonek producer but Armstrong reported that data from it supports a reserve estimate for North Fork Field of some 10 billion cu. ft. of gas.
