Description
On the southwestern flank of Platang Field, Wishbone Texas Operating Co LLC has completed a horizontal San Andres oil well in Yoakum County (RRC Dist. 8A). The #1H Numen Lumen 775 was tested on-pump flowing 339 bbl of 30-degree-gravity oil and 2.472 Mbbl of water per day through fracture-treated perforations at 5,421-10,382 ft. It is on a 640-acre lease in Section 726, Block D, John H. Gibson Survey, A-1515. The lateral bottomed about 1 mile to the south in adjacent Section 775. It was drilled to 10,396 ft, 5,323 ft true vertical. The completion well is on the Northwestern Shelf of the Permian Basin. Wishbone Texas is based in Houston.
