Description
According to IHS Inc., Farmington, N.M.-based LOGOS Resources LLC is drilling at a horizontal wildcat targeting Gallup in the San Juan Basin. The #601H LOGOS is in Section 5-22n-5w of Sandoval County, N.M. The venture is being horizontally drilled westward to 10,409 ft and the planned bottomhole is in Section 6-22n-5w. The true vertical depth is anticipated at 5,455 ft. To the southeast in Section 5-22n-5w is a vertical 6,603-ft Mancos/Gallup producer that LOGOS completed in 2012. The #1 LOGOS produced 6,722 bbl of oil, 3.96 MMcf of gas and 5,480 bbl of water from Gallup; and 3,213 bbls of oil, 1.8 million cu ft of gas and 2,582 bbls of water from Dakota in a one year period from between September 2012-2013.
