Description
Results from six McKenzie County, N.D., wells on the Nesson Anticline were announced by Hess Corp. in Blue Buttes Field in Section 7-150n-95w. The #150-95-0718H-4 BB-Charlie Loomer as drilled to 21,539 ft (10,802 ft true vertical) and flowed 3.945 Mbbl of oil, 9.202 MMcf of gas and 1.516 Mbbl of water per day from Three Forks. It was tested on a 42/64-in. choke and the flowing casing pressure was 1,989 psi with productions from perforations at 11,356-21,445 ft. The #150-95-0718H-5-BB Charlie Loomer is producing from a lateral in Three Forks extending from 11,143 ft south-southwestward to 21,221 ft (10,809 ft true vertical) at a bottom-hole location in Section 18-150n-95w. It was tested on a 42/64-in. choke after 30-stage fracturing between 11,143 and 21,047 ft with a flowing tubing pressure of 1,818 psi. The #150-95-0718H-6 BB-Charlie Loomer flowed 3.771 Mbbl of oil, 9.812 MMcf of gas and 1.488 Mbbl of water per day from Three Forks. It was drilled to 21,410 ft (10,804 ft true vertical) and it bottomed in Section 18. It was tested on a 44/64-in. choke after 30-stage fracturing between perforations at 11,228-21,111 ft with a flowing tubing pressure of 1,790 psi. The #150-95-0718H-7 BB-Charlie Loomer flowed 3.209 Mbbl of oil, 5.469 MMcf of gas and 1.527 Mbbl of water per day from Middle Bakken at 11,027-21,111 ft. It was drilled to 21,202 (10,736 ft true vertical) and bottomed in Section 18. Tested on a 48/64-in. choke after 30-stage fracturing, the flowing tubing pressure was 1,216 psi. The #150-95-0718H-8 BB-Charlie Loomer was drilled to 21,285 ft (10,806 ft true vertical) and flowed 3.511 Mbbl of oil, 10.671 MMcf of gas and 1.655 Mbbl of water per day from Three Forks. It was drilled to 21,285 ft (10,806 ft true vertical) and production is from perforations at 11,091-21,113 ft. Tested on a 44/64-in. choke after 30-stage fracturing, the flowing tubing pressure was 1,360 psi. The #150-95-0718H-9 BB-Charlie Loomer was drilled to 18,781 ft (10,720 ft true vertical) and produced 4.251 Mbbl of oil, 10.298 MMcf of gas and 1,096 Mbbl of water per day from Middle Bakken after 22-stage fracturing. It was tested on a 44/64-in. choke with a flowing tubing pressure of 1,501 psi and production is from perforations at 11,038-18,608 ft.
