Northwoods Operating LLC has completed a horizontal exploratory Frontier test that initially pumped 432 bbl of 47.8-degree-gravity oil, 2.328 MMcf of gas and 2.16 Mbbl of water per day. The #10-W22-2FH Aspen is in Section 10-39n-75w in Converse County, Wyo. Production is from a two-section lateral that was drilled to the south to 23,349 ft at a bottom-hole location in Section 22-39n-75w with a true vertical depth of 13,038 ft. It was tested following 40-stage fracturing between 13,444 and 23,265 ft. Northwoods is based in Denver.
