Description

Denver-based Cimarex Energy Co. has released some completion details for four single-section, horizontal Meramec producers in a Blaine County, Okla., increased density pilot. The wells are on Section 11-15n-11w. The #7-11H Lehman Com flowed 1.161 Mbbl of 50-degree-gravity oil/condensate with 2.54 MMcf of gas and 1.669 Mbbl of water per day on a 16/64-in. choke following fracture-stimulation at 11,039-15,746 ft in a north lateral. Within one-quarter of a mile to the west, #4-11H Lehman-BIA was tested in a parallel fractured lateral at 11,107-15,836 ft flowing 1.594 Mbbl 50-degree-gravity oil, 1.89 MMcf of gas and 1.333 Mbbl of water daily through a 15/64-in. choke. The #6-11H Lehman-BIA is about 40 ft to the west and it flowed 714 bbl of 49-degree-gravity oil/condensate, 1.58 MMcf of gas and 1.499 Mbbl of water per day/ It was tested on a 16/64-in. choke following acid treatment at 11,000-15,991 ft. One-quarter mile further to the west, #2-11H Lehman-BIA flowed 886 bbl of oil, 1.93 MMcf of gas and 1.854 Mbbl of water per day. It was tested on a 14/64-in. choke and was perforated and fractured between 11,050 and 15,975 ft in a north lateral.
