Description
Exco Operating has completed four Haynesville Shale wells in Caddo Parish, La. According to IHS Markit, the ventures were drilled from a Johnson Branch Field pad in Section 9-15n-15w. The #1-Alt Glorias Ranch 9-4HC flowed 17.19 MMcf of gas and 333 bbl of water per day from an acid- and fracture-treated zone at 11,715-18,823 ft. The lowing casing pressure was 8,024 psi on a 22/64-in. choke and it bottomed about 1.5 miles to the north in Section 4. Total depth is 19,040 ft (11,506 ft true vertical). The offsetting #3-Alt Glorias Ranch 9-16HC produced 17.45 MMcf of gas and 451 bbl of water from 11,759-19,036 ft. It was drilled to 19,250 ft (11,545 ft true vertical), and bottomed about 1.5 miles to the south in Section 16. The #4-Alt Glorias Ranch 9-16HC flowed 17.199 MMcf of gas and 42 bbl of water per day from perforations at 11,784-18,965 ft and is also bottomed in Section 16. Within one-half mile to the west in Section 9, #2-Alt Glorias Ranch 9-16HC was tested flowing 16.688 MMcf of gas and 422 bbl of water per day. It bottomed to the south in Section 16 and production is from perforations at 11,787-18,843 ft. Exco is based in Dallas.
