Description

According to IHS Markit, Houston-based EOG Resources Inc. completed five Eagle Ford wells from a pad in McMullen County (RRC Dist. 1), Texas. The Eagleville Field wells were drilled in Section 958, J.G. & Ophelia Fisk Survey, A-1007. The parallel horizontal laterals bottomed 2 miles to the south in Section 959, George Elliott Survey, A-181. The strongest of the five wells, #7H Four K Partners, was tested flowing 2,494 bbl of 34-degree-gravity crude, 976,000 cu ft of gas and 2,737 bbl of water daily through acid- and fracture-treated perforations at 10,059-21,470 ft. The flowing tubing pressure was 1,229 psi on a 36/64-in. choke. The horizontal well was drilled to a total depth of 21,552 ft (9,974 ft true vertical). The offsetting #8H Four K Partners was tested in an Eagle Ford zone at 9,969-20,969 ft flowing 2,401 bbl of 34-degree-gravity crude, 875,000 cu ft of gas and 3,022 bbl of water per day. Total depth is 21,056 ft (9,931 ft true vertical). The #9H Four K Partners and #10H Four K Partners flowed at respective daily rates of 2,383 bbl and 2,215 bbl of crude. The #6H Four K Partners tested at a rate of 1,911 bbl of crude per day.
