Description
Two Allegheny County, Pa., Marcellus Shale producers were completed by EQT Production Co. in Forward Field. The wells were drilled from a pad in Section 3, Monongahela 7.5 Quad, Forward Township. The #14 MON23H Oliver East was drilled to 23,500 ft (7,880 ft true vertical). It produced 10.398 MMcf of gas per day from a fractured and perforated zone at 9,660-23,369 ft. The offsetting #15MON23H Oliver East was drilled to 26,039 ft and the true vertical depth is 7,896 ft. It flowed 9.93 MMcf of gas from a fractured and perforated zone at 8,247-25,903 ft. EQT’s headquarters are in Pittsburgh.
