Drilling Activity Summary

Description

Two significant Eagle Ford discoveries in Eagleville Field were announced by EOG Resources Inc. in Gonzales County, (RRC Dist. 1), Texas. The #1H Boothe Unit is in Section 5, Jesse McCoy Survey, A-44 and was tested flowing 5.98 million cu. ft. of gas, 5,379 bbl. of 46-degree-gravity oil and 1,896 bbl. of water per day. Tested on a 34/64-in. choke, the flowing casing pressure was 3,415 psi. The 15,913-ft. horizontal produces from fracture-treated perforations are at 11,859-15,786 ft. The lateral bottomed southeast beneath Section 6, James Hughes Survey, A-29 and the true vertical depth is 12,019 ft. The #2H Boothe Unit was drilled from a surface location offsetting #1H Boothe Unit. The #2H Boothe Unit produced 3,812 bbl. of crude, 5.04 million cu. ft. of gas and 1,032 bbl. of water per day. Production is from a fractured zone at 11,868-16,203 ft. and bottomed in Section 6, Hughes James Survey, A-29, just south of #1H Boothe Unit at a total depth of 16,291 ft., 11,982 ft. true vertical. EOG is based in Houston.
