Description

Results from three Gonzales County (RRC Dist. 1), Texas, Eagle Ford Shale wells were reported by Houston-based EOG Resources Inc. The Eagleville Field wells were drilled from a pad in Isaac Baker Survey, A-130. The #4H Grohl D was drilled to 20,086 ft (12,009 ft true vertical, and flowed 2,096 bbl of 44° API oil, 2.825 MMcf of gas and 1,347 bbl of water per day with a flowing casing pressure of 2,335 psi during testing on a 38/64-inch choke. Production is from a perforated zone at 11,644-20,008 ft. The #1H Grohl A was drilled to 18,095 ft, 11,930 ft true vertical, and produced 1,597 bbl of 44° API oil, 1.874 MMcf of gas and 1,173 bbl of water per day. Tested on a 36/64-inch choke, the flowing casing pressure was 1,283 psi and production is from perforations at 11,723-18,035 ft. The #3H Grohl C has a total depth of 20,065 ft and a true vertical depth of 12,088 ft. It was tested with a 24-hour flow rate producing 2,859 bbl of 45° API oil, with 3.745 MMcf of gas and 1,309 bbl of water from perforations at 11,737-20,001 ft. Gauged on a 38/64-inch choke the flowing casing pressure was 2,248 psi.
