IHS Markit reported that Houston-based EOG Resources Inc. has scheduled seven 3-mile long lateral horizontal Niobrara projects at a common drillpad in Section 17-14n-63w of Laramie County, Wyo. The #170-1732H Burns, #171-1732H Burns and #172-1732H Burns 89 will be drilled southward through sections 20, 29 and 32 to bottom-hole locations in Section 32-14n-63w. Measured total depths range between 23,833 and 24,010 ft. The true vertical depth of the three wells is anticipated at 7,787 ft. From the same drillpad, EOG also intends to drill four horizontal Niobrara tests generally northward to bottom-hole locations in Section 5 and Section 6-14n-63w. Measured total depths of #173-1705H, #174-1705H, #175-1705H and #561-1706H Burns range between 21,317 and 22,066 ft. True vertical depth of the north laterals also is expected at 7,787 ft.
