Description

A Unit Petroleum Co. horizontal well was tested flowing 9.43 MMcf of gas and 4.295 Mbbl of water per day from Helper (Des Moines) Granite Wash. Production at #5H Carr 1357 WXL is from a fracture-stimulated perforations at 13,424-20,495 ft and a short open-hole section extending to 20,510 ft. The venture is in Section 13, Block 4, AB&M Survey, A-8 in Hemphill County, (RRC Dist. 10), Texas. The venture was drilled to the south about 1.2 miles to a true vertical depth of 13,173 ft and it bottomed in Section 57, Block M-1, H&GN Survey, A-148 and is on the western flank of Buffalo Wallow Field. It was tested on a 128/64-in. choke with a shut-in tubing pressure of 3,013 psi and a flowing tubing pressure of 2,693 psi. Unit’s headquarters are in Tulsa.
