Drilling Activity Summary

Description

Two vertical Spraberry Trend-Midland Basin oil wells have been completed by CrownQuest Operating LLC in Glasscock County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The wells were drilled on a 161-acre West Texas lease in Section 44, Block 34 T3S, J.C. Wilson Survey, A-1218. The #1 Colossus 44 produced 247 bbl of 39-degree-gravity crude, 354 Mcf of gas and 494 bbl of water daily from acid- and fracture-treated perforations in several commingled zones — Wolfcamp at 7,890-9,701 ft; Strawn at 9,857-9,992 ft; Atoka at 10,125-10,288 ft and Mississippian at 10,318-10,344 ft. The 10,465-ft completion was tested on a 1-in. choke with a flowing tubing pressure of 300 psi. Within one-half mile to the west is #2 Colossus 44 and it pumped 54 bbl of 39-degree-gravity oil, 231 Mcf of gas and 221 bbl of water per day. Production is from stimulated perforations at 7,875-9,693 ft in Wolfcamp; 9886-10,031 ft in Strawn; 10,162-10,253 ft in Atoka and 10,286-10,379 ft in Mississippian. It was drilled to 10,500 ft. CrownQuest is based in Midland, Texas.
