Houston-based Hunt Oil Co. has completed a horizontal Bakken producer that extends Divide County's Frazier Field eastward. The #1-1-12H Frazier is in Section 1-161n-97w, initially pumped 88 bbl. of oil with 76,000 cu. ft. of gas and 372 bbl. of water per day. Production is from a horizontal Middle Bakken lateral extending from 8,922 ft. southward to 18,320 ft. at a bottom-hole location in Section 12-161n-97w. It was tested following 25-stage fracture stimulation between 9,170 and 18,227 ft. and the true vertical depth is 8,739 ft.
