Operator Rathlin Energy is preparing to drill at onshore U.K.s West Newton B site in PEDL183. According to the company, the focus of activity on the license will be appraisal of the potentially significant, untested resources and the further potential in the identified exploration targets. Drilling at the West Newton B site, will further appraise the discovery made in Kirkham Abbey, as well as a target the deeper Cadeby. The 2020 program is to also include the planned testing at well #2-A. London-based Rathlin owns 83% and partner Union Jack owns 17% of the prospect.
