Description

IHS Markit announced that Dallas-based Aethon Energy Operating has completed three north-trending Haynesville Shale wells from a pad in Bossier Parish, La. The Sligo Field wells are in Section 15-17n-11w and the wells bottomed about 1.5 miles to the north in Section 10. The #1 Gilmer 15-10HC flowed 17.640 MMcf of gas and 1,080 bbl of water through fracture-treated perforations at 11,535-19,137 ft. Tested on a 24/64-in. choke, the flowing casing pressure was 7,600 psi. The horizontal well was drilled to 19,178 ft (11,474 ft true vertical). The offsetting #2-Alt Gilmer 15-10HC is producing from perforations at 11,825-19,427 ft. It flowed 19.468 MMcf of gas and 936 bbl of water per day. The total depth is 19,468 ft and the true vertical depth is 11,662 ft. The #3-Alt Gilmer 15-10HC initially flowed 18.216 MMcf of gas and 1,056 bbl of water per day. It was drilled to 19,720 ft (11,762 ft true vertical) and is producing from perforations at 12,075-19,677 ft.
