David C. Johnson

David Johnson is a senior operations engineer with Chief Oil & Gas LLC based out of Dallas, Texas. Since hiring on in 2016, he works within the technical team, focusing his duties on completion operations, production surveillance and unconventional asset development/research.  

Johnson began his career with Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APC), working across Pennsylvania, Ohio and East Texas, where he pioneered many field-based engineering roles for APC’s Southern region.

He holds a bachelor of science in petroleum engineering from Marietta College.
