Don't miss the opportunity to be recognized as one of the best energy employers.

Building upon its 79 year history as the leader in oil and gas industry analysis and reporting, Hart Energy Publishing is offering energy companies the opportunity to demonstrate why they are among the Best Energy Employers.  The survey to participate in this inaugural awards program is now open.  Hart will recognize the winners in the Energy Employment Special Report to be published in January 2009.

Why Participate?

Program Overview
Step 1: Nominate your company by clicking here and completing the form. Any company in the energy industry is eligible to participate. Nominations are due by September 30th.
Step 2: Work with Quantum Market Research to define your unique survey requirements.
Step 3: Launch your personalized employee engagement survey.
Step 4: Employees complete the survey. The survey will be available in English and Spanish. Additional foreign languages are available upon request. Employees will be asked to rate their company on: work environment; embracing innovations/new ideas; people practices; personal growth and development; work-life balance; people in the organization; and day to day operations.
Step 5: The final employee-survey deadline is October 13th. You will receive regular feedback on how many surveys your employees have completed and how many additional surveys need to be finished for your company to continue to be evaluated. Your company's size determines how many employees need to complete the survey to meet the eligibility requirements. These percentages have been established to ensure statistical relevance. There will be no exceptions to these participation rates:

Step 6: Hart Energy Publishing will announce the finalists in November 2008. Hart will interview finalists for print and online features.
Step 7: All finalists will receive invitations to Hart's Best Energy Employers 2008 Awards Dinner, where we will announce and recognize honorees, for their achievement.
