Strategic Insights Across the Energy Value Chain

Stratas Advisors, a Hart Energy company, is a global consulting and advisory firm that covers the full spectrum of the energy sector and related industries. We provide data, analysis and insight to the world's leading businesses, governments and institutions. More than that, though, we help our clients achieve tangible results. We start by framing the future market environment and competitive landscape. Then we identify and evaluate what that framework means to you, so you can develop appropriate responses in light of your strategic priorities and competitive positioning. Coming soon, our new digital platform will provide our global audience with data, analysis and scenarios that are dynamic, interactive and customizable across all sectors of the energy industry.

We excel in robust analysis backed by:

  • Strategic, Financial and Operational Models that assess the impact of strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts
  • Valuation Models for assessing single assets and for assessing portfolios of assets, business units and entire companies
  • Market Models that allow for forecasting fundamental conditions such as supply/demand and pricing, as well as assessing the influence of changes to key input factors
  • Competitive Landscape Models that identify the root cause of performance differences with and between competitors, and determine the relative impact of changes in the external environment
  • Macroeconomic Models that allow for designing and evaluating the impact of policy initiatives, including tax, investment and subsidy policies

We work alongside you as colleagues, enhancing your analytical and decision-making skills at every level and at every opportunity. We do this by building consensus on external and internal perspectives—the future landscape and your current strategic and organizational goals—so we can develop pragmatic, actionable recommendations. Throughout the process, we keep you fully involved in the analytical approach and methodologies, as well as our working hypotheses.
